AICES 16 Boys Football
Date: Wednesday 5 May, 2021
Venue: Valentine Park, Glenwood
Transport: Students will need to make their own way to and from the venue. Boys should arrive at the venue by 9am. This time is subject to change depending on the draw of the competition.
Uniform: Students should wear black socks and will be supplied with playing shirts and shorts.
Training: to be decided
Staff: to be confirmed
Costs: Levy - $10 plus GST. Polo Shirt if required - $35 plus GST. All costs are billed to schools.
As parent / guardian of the selected student I agree to all requirements and costs of HZSA Football Team for 2021. I have noted the representative playing policy as noted on website.
In addition the selected student understands the HZSA Code of Conduct and will abide by these whilst representing their school and the Hills Zone Sports Association.
