AICES Hockey
Date: Thursday 27th April 2023
Venue: Wyong
Transport: students will need to make their own way to AICES hockey and parents will be responsible for the supervision of their children throughout the day.
Uniform: Students will be supplied with playing uniform and have the option to purchase HZSA Polo Shirt.
Costs: Polo Shirt if required - $36 plus GST. All costs are billed to schools.
As parent / guardian of the selected student I agree to all requirements and costs of HZSA Hockey 2023.
In addition the selected student understands the HZSA Code of Conduct and will abide by these whilst representing their school and the Hills Zone Sports Association.
