AICES Open Football
Date: Thursday 16th May 2024
Venue: Valentine Park, Glenwood
Transport: Students will need to make their own way to and from the venue. Parents will be notified of times once AICES issues the draw.
Uniform: Students will be supplied with playing uniform of shorts and playing top on the morning of competition. Students should wear long black socks for matches.
Additional HZSA apparel of polo shirt, hoodie and baseball cap are available for purchase at hzsastore.com.au
Please order early to ensure delivery before the AICES event.
Costs: Uniform Levy - $10 plus GST. All costs are billed to schools.

As parent / guardian of the selected student I agree to all requirements and costs of HZSA Football Team for 2024. I have noted the representative playing time policy posted on HZSA website.
In addition the selected student understands the HZSA Code of Conduct and will abide by these whilst representing their school and the Hills Zone Sports Association.
