AICES 16s Hockey
Date: Thursday 16 March, 2017
Venue: Bathurst Hockey Centre, Sydney Road, Bathurst
Transport: Bus will depart 6.30am from Beecroft Station, Wongala Crescent
Expected return time will be approximately 6.30pm.
Uniform: Students will be supplied with playing uniform and have the option to purchase HZSA Polo Shirt.
Costs: Uniform Levy - $10 plus GST. Travel - $75 maximum depending on numbers attending. Polo Shirt if required - $35 plus GST. All costs are billed to schools.
As parent / guardian of the selected student I agree to all requirements and costs of HZSA 16s Hockey Team for 2017.
In addition the selected student understands the HZSA Code of Conduct and will abide by these whilst representing their school and the Hills Zone Sports Association.
